Original “Tongue and Lips” artwork by artist John Pasche, creator of the famous Rolling Stones logo. Pasche hand-draws and colors the logo next to his signed statement, “John Pasche / I created & designed the Rolling Stones’ logo in 1970″. Artwork is completed on a large lithograph poster of the famous logo, measuring 18″ x 24″.
Original artwork of the famous “Tongue and Lips” logo of the Rolling Stones, hand-drawn and hand-painted by John Pasche, who designed the logo in 1970 as a young art student, not realizing he would be creating one of the most iconic, instantly recognizable pop artworks of the modern era. Rendered in gouache and pencil on heavy weight 300 g/m art paper, Pasche signs in pencil at lower right. Paper measures 31.5.
