The inscription says To America, Thank You, (His typical Charlie Boy signature) and the Year, 21. Here’s what I have and acquired the Signature. Photos of his room full of Rolling Stones memorabilia. In conversation with him, he said he took many trips to London and bought collectibles from Stones collectors there. That said, when I received the pennant, this autographed photo was included inside. At that point in time, Charlie was still alive and well. So that’s my provenance of this autograph. What I can tell you is, the signature is writing with an ink that “shines” on the B/W glossy photo. You can compare the alphabetic letter’s in the Note to the alphabetic letter’s in the “America” signature and see they are exact. And as I said, when the photo is held at an angle to light, the ink shines on the paper (SEE PHOTO #5). Very nice Charlie Watts autograph and collectible. Please ask if any questions.
