When we are rushed for time or a celebrity makes an unscheduled appearance, we may have to use a high quality professional printer photo. If so, we will state this clearly under Item Description. Are autographs a good investment? Most experts agree that autographs are a good investment with rarer names appreciating at a rate of about 20% annually. What is a COA?
