The format is A3 landscape (trimmed page size: 300mm x 420mm). SIGNED by the photographer. Book is fine, box a little rubbed and marked, subtle repair to corner. A near fine copy. In allowing publication of his complete archive, Mankowitz requested that the number of copies in the edition be kept to an absolute minimum in order to preserve the exclusivity of his historic images.
