Perks ; born 24 October 1936 is an English musician who achieved international fame as the bassist for the Rolling Stones. From 1962 until 1993. In 1989, he was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame as a member of The Rolling Stones. Since 1997, he has recorded and toured with his own band, Bill Wyman’s Rhythm Kings. He has worked producing records and films, and has scored music for films and television. Wyman has kept a journal since he was a child during World War II. And has published seven books. He is also a photographer, and his works have been displayed in galleries around the world. Wyman is an amateur archaeologist. And enjoys metal detecting. He designed and marketed a patented Bill Wyman signature metal detector. , which he has used to find relics in the English countryside dating back to the era of the Roman Empire. He was born William George Perks in Lewisham Hospital. The son of bricklayer William George Perks and Kathleen May (“Molly”), née Jeffery. A Carton thing (Grappige Karik) of the Rolling Stones. This picture is entitled “The Rolling Stones – 50 Years 50 Songs” 50 Years is eternity when it comes to the music industry. The Rolling Stones began in 1962 and have reshaped the rock and roll industry. Signed by all 4 members: Mick Jagger, Keith Richards, Charlie Watts and Ronnie Wood. Authenticated and in Mint Condition. The picture was signed by what appears to be a blue colored felt pen. The actual photograph is printed on Kodak Xtralife Paper. Not sure of the time or the location of when the picture was signed. The picture and autographs are authenticated by Andrew Holland, owner of Rock N Scroll Guitars who specializes in authentic music memorabilia.
