Pop Weekly 1963 – Signed by the Original Rolling Stones – Jagger, Jones, Richards, Wyman, Watts. 7 Magazine dated 12th October 1963 and autographed by The original Rolling Stones band members. There are five clear signatures : Mick Jagger, Brian Jones, Keith Richards, Bill Wyman and Charlie Watts over a black and white photograph of the band during that era. The magazine is also signed on a seperate page by Bo Diddley with the narration’Bo Diddley 1963′. All signatures collected in person by the original owner. MICK JAGGER AND BILL WYMAN HAVE SIGNED THE B/W IMAGE IN A BLACK BALLPOINT PEN , BRIAN JONES KEITH RICHARDS AND CHARLIE WATTS HAVE SIGNED THE COLOUR IMAGE IN A BALLPOINT PEN. THE SIGNATURES WERE OBTAINED AT THE LEICESTER SHOWS IN 1964. THE B/W CUTTING COMES WITH A FULL COA FROM RESPECTED UK DEALER MEMORABILIA UK AND A COPY OF THE ORIGINAL LETTER FROM THE PERSON WHO OBTAINED THE SIGNATURES , THE COLOUR IMAGE HAS NO COA BUT I BELIEVE IT CAME FROM THE SAME COLLECTION AS IT WAS PART OF A LARGE COLLECTION OF SIGNED CUTTINGS FROM THE SAME OWNER. CONDITION THE CUTTINGS RANGE FROM VG+ TO NEAR EXCELLENT , THE SIGNATURES OF MICK AND BILL ARE EXCELLENT , THE SIGNATURES OF KEITH , BRIAN AND CHARLIE HAVE FADED OVER TIME BUT ARE STILL LEGIBLE. NOT PERFECT BUT A WELL PRICED FULL 1960, S BAND SIGNED SET INCLUDING BRIAN JONES. CUTTING SIZE THE B/W IMAGE IS IRREGULAR BUT AT ITS MAX IS 7 BY 6″, THE COLOUR PAGE IS 10.5 BY 7.5″. A piece of paper which has been signed by Brian Jones and Keith Richards in blue ballpoint pen. Keith has added love above his name. The paper has been taped to a pink page taken from an autograph book which measures 15.6cm x 10.5cm (6.1 inches x 4.1 inches). There is heavy creasing to the page which bears the signatures. There are two holes to the left of the page. The condition is very good minus. The first item is charged at the normal rate. Our Grading System Explained. Mint = As new. Near Mint = Almost like new with one or two very minor flaws. Excellent = Minor wear yet looks attractive and is perfectly usable. Very Good = Some wear and tear but overall presentable and usable. Good = Apparent wear and tear but with obvious deterioration of the condition. Poor = Extremely worn. A plus or minus after the grading indicates that the condition is marginally higher or lower than the stated grade. A 100% Genuine Opportunity For Any Rolling Stones Fanatic Or Autograph Collector. These have been authenticated and thoroughly examined by Martin Webb of Circular Sound In Norwich and have had copies taken and stored in archives. Authentic Autographs by four of the UK Rock Band Members from “The Rolling Stones”. All on one flyer (circa mid 60s). “Coats Somerset Cider Shopping List”. Size is approximately 8 x 12 cm. The paper has some glue stain damage on the top and bottom edges. This does not interfere with the quality of the signatures. The paper has aged well but shows very slight wear from being folded into four. All four signatures are in black biro and are visually very clear. The signatures have been identified as pertaining to. Charlie Watts (who has also written “Rolling Stones”). The item has been mounted and framed above another authentic signature of Charlie Watts, but it has faded so much its value is believed to be negligible. Bill Wymans signature is not present on either peice of paper. These signatures were collected by the original owner who was on holiday in Guernsey, Auguist 1964. He was dining with his family in Vazon Bay restaurant at the same time as the Rolling Stones.
