An Associated Musicians of New York contract for a series of October, 1962 shows by jazz great Stan Getz at New York’s Village Gate, hand signed by the legendary saxophonist. Just six months earlier, Getz had released his hit album with guitarist Charlie Byrd. Jazz Samba signaled the beginning of the bossa nova craze in America.
