A two page typed contract dated 12th October 1964 drawn up between Electronovision Productions Inc and Eric Easton Ltd. For the Rolling Stones appearance on the T. It was recorded between 28th and 29th October 1964 at the Santa Monica Civic Auditorium, California. A host of stars appeared on the show alongside the Stones. These included the Beach Boys, Chuck Berry, James Brown, Marvin Gaye, Gerry And The Pacemakers, the Supremes and many others. Around 3,000 tickets for the event were given away free to local high school students to be in the audience with every performance being recorded. After the two days had concluded everything was edited and then released on 29th December 1964. The second page of the contract has been signed by Mick Jagger, Keith Richards, Brian Jones, Bill Wyman and Charlie Watts in blue ballpoint pen. Each page measures 21.5cm x 28cm (8.5 inches x11 inches). There are staple and punch holes at the top. The condition is very good plus. The first item is charged at the normal rate. Our Grading System Explained. Mint = As new. Near Mint = Almost like new with one or two very minor flaws. Excellent = Minor wear yet looks attractive and is perfectly usable. Very Good = Some wear and tear but overall presentable and usable. Good = Apparent wear and tear but with obvious deterioration of the condition. Poor = Extremely worn. A plus or minus after the grading indicates that the condition is marginally higher or lower than the stated grade.
