Got this from an Estate. This is how it was found along with the certificate of authentication from the widow of a well known concert promoter. Online you will find he was James Brown’s promoter in the 1960’s and later became a concert promoter of numerous other artists nationwide. He and his wife collected a lot of memorabilia.
